I was delighted to attend the King’s Speech in the Houses of Parliament today. Whilst it is an event full of pomp and ceremony, it also performs a vital role in setting out the new government's legislative priorities for the year ahead.
It was wonderful to see the King return to public-facing duties following his recent treatment for cancer, and I would also like to wish Her Majesty The Queen a very Happy Birthday.
