Helen Grant MP attends Marden Health Fair

On Saturday 26th April, Helen Grant MP, Member of Parliament for Maidstone and The Weald and Minister for Sport, attended Marden Health Fair supported by the Marden Business Forum.

Speaking after the event, Helen Grant MP said:

"I was delighted to attend Marden Health Fair on Saturday. It was a very engaging way of showcasing the benefits of improving health and wellbeing. As a Marden resident, the local MP and Minister for Sport, I think it's vital to promote the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle.

"I would like to see people of all ages participating in some sort of physical activity, and initiatives like Marden Health Fair are a fantastic way to get people active and involved. I was lucky enough to have a go on Wellbeing People's Smoothie Bike, an innovative way to keep fit while blending a healthy drink as a reward for your efforts!" ENDS
